AI Search Visibility

Be the one AI recommends.

When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI where to live, where to study or which charity to support, a handful of names come back and the rest are invisible. We move you from the second group to the first, in fourteen days.

The shift

Your residents, applicants and donors have stopped searching. They’re asking.

For twenty years, choosing a flat, a course or a cause online meant typing a few words into Google and opening ten tabs. Increasingly, it means asking one question and trusting one answer.

That answer names three, perhaps four options. It explains why each is good. And the person reading it is usually ready to act: book the viewing, start the application, make the gift.

The names chosen are rarely the biggest or the best-funded. They are the ones whose websites give AI clear facts to work with, and whose reputations are confirmed by sources AI trusts. Both can be fixed. Neither fixes itself.

The 14-Day AI Visibility Sprint

How the fortnight works.

One senior operator leads your sprint from start to finish. Here is what happens, and when.

Days 1–2

Baseline

We build the list of 20 to 40 questions your residents, applicants or supporters actually ask, run each across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews, and record who gets named. This is your “before” picture.

Days 2–5

Foundations

Crawler access, structured data and machine-readable information, set up so AI can find and understand every page that matters. Rents, entry requirements and ways to give that hide in PDFs, dropdowns or booking widgets get a version AI can read. Your developer can watch; they won’t need to help.

Days 4–11

Fact-rich pages

We rewrite your three to five most important pages so that every claim AI might repeat is clear, specific and supportable: rents, amenities and travel times; entry requirements, fees and graduate outcomes; impact, governance and where the money goes. You approve every word before it goes live.

Days 8–13

Comparison content

Fair, structured comparisons for the “X or Y?” questions people ask: this neighbourhood or that, this course or that, this charity or another. Written for people, readable by machines, and honest enough to be trusted by both.

Day 14

Handover

Everything live, documented and yours. A short walkthrough for your team so nothing is a mystery.

Day 30

Results report

We run the same questions through the same engines and show you, in plain figures, how your share of the answer has changed.

What one sprint covers

Focused enough to finish in a fortnight.

A sprint does one job properly rather than everything vaguely. Here is what that means in each sector.

PROPERTY

One scheme

Its website, plus its listings on Rightmove and Zoopla checked so the facts match everywhere AI looks. Running several buildings? Ask about portfolio pricing.

EDUCATION

One department or course cluster

For example, every bioscience degree, plus the admissions questions applicants ask most. Never a whole university in a fortnight; anyone who promises that is guessing.

CHARITIES

The giving journeys

Legacy, impact and donate: the three routes a supporter takes from “who should I trust?” to a gift.

What you keep

Everything we build is yours.

  • Technical foundations configured on your site
  • Three to five pages rewritten as clear, citeable facts
  • Comparison content for the key questions in your sector
  • Your baseline and day-30 AI Visibility Reports
  • A plain-English record of every change we made
  • 90 days of cover if the AI platforms change the rules

Claims you can stand behind

Accurate enough for AI. Careful enough for your regulator.

Lettings, admissions and fundraising all live with rules other sectors never think about. We write to them. Every fact is checked against the CAP Code and your sector’s own rules: Trading Standards guidance on material information for lettings, CMA consumer-law guidance for universities, and the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice for charities.

It is a happy coincidence that AI rewards the same thing the regulators do: specific, honest, supportable statements.

Optional · The red-carpet tier

The AI Growth Concierge

Most organisations finish the sprint and simply enjoy the results. A few want more: a senior operator watching over their AI visibility every month, new content the moment competitors move, priority fixes whenever the platforms change, and a quarterly review with leadership.

That is the Concierge. It suits operators with several schemes and universities across an admissions year. It starts from £1,250 a month, is offered by invitation after your sprint, and is never a condition of it.

Questions

About AI search visibility.

How soon will we see results?

The work is live by day 14. AI engines then need to revisit your site, which usually takes a few weeks, which is why we measure on day 30 rather than day 15. Some organisations see movement within days; others take longer in competitive cities, subjects or causes.

Will this help our Google rankings too?

Usually, yes. Clear structure, specific facts and good comparison content are things Google rewards as well. Think of it as a side effect rather than the point.

Do you need to rebuild our website?

No. We work within your existing site and design, so the work your brand studio did stays exactly as it is. Visitors will notice clearer, more useful pages. They won’t notice a redesign, because there isn’t one.

Our sector is regulated. Is that a problem?

It is an advantage. AI is cautious about recommending where people live, study or give, and favours organisations whose statements are precise and supportable. Those that do this well face fewer real competitors.

Who owns the work?

You do, entirely. Every page, every setting and every report belongs to you, whether or not you continue with us.

Do we have to sign up to a retainer?

No. The sprint is a one-off: one fee, and everything we build is yours to keep. The AI Growth Concierge is there for organisations that want ongoing, hands-on care. Most don’t need it, and nobody is asked to commit to it.

Can you guarantee we’ll be recommended?

No one can guarantee what an AI says in a given conversation. We guarantee the work, the measurement, and 90 days of cover if the rules change. In our experience, sensible clients prefer that honesty to a promise nobody could keep.

We already have an agency. Do you replace them?

No. We work alongside brand studios, web developers and in-house teams. They keep the brand; we make it readable to AI and measure what it earns. If an agency introduced us, they stay your lead.

The next step

Book a 30-minute call

Before we speak, we run the ChatGPT Test on your organisation. On the call, we walk you through it: the questions your residents, applicants or supporters are asking, who AI recommends, and where you stand.

If we can help, we’ll tell you exactly how, and what it costs. If we can’t, we’ll tell you that too.

Book your call30 minutes. No deposit. No obligation.

P.S.Try the test yourself tonight. Ask ChatGPT the question your next resident, applicant or supporter would ask. If your name comes up, splendid; you may not need us. If it doesn’t, someone else’s does.
