Schools, colleges & universities
Applicants are building shortlists with AI. Make sure it has your facts right.
When AI gets your entry requirements wrong, nobody tells you. They just apply somewhere else. We make sure ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI can read your courses, quote your outcomes and name you when applicants and parents ask.

The questions we test
We start where your applicants, and their parents, start.
Before your sprint, we build 20 to 40 questions like these and ask each one across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI, several times over.
“Best UK university for biological sciences if I want to work with animals?”
“Entry requirements for [your course] in 2027?”
“[Your university] or [another] for veterinary nursing?”
“Independent schools near St Albans with strong learning support?”
Parents are asking too. 12% of UK parents have already used AI tools such as ChatGPT to help choose a school, rising to 16% of the youngest parents.4

What we fix
Five reasons strong courses go unmentioned.
Facts AI can actually reach
Entry requirements, fees and course details often hide in dropdowns, search tools and PDFs. One university found AI quoting the previous year’s grades because it couldn’t read the new ones. We give your key facts a version AI can read.
Course pages built on outcomes
Accreditation, placements, contact hours, careers and graduate destinations, written as specific facts rather than aspiration.
A machine-readable twin for your prospectus
Your prospectus may be beautiful. AI can’t turn its pages. We make sure the facts inside it also live where AI looks, so they travel.
Fair answers to “this or that?”
Comparison content applicants and parents actually search for, written fairly enough to be trusted and quoted.
Answers for international applicants
Fees, visas, accommodation and English-language requirements stated plainly, for the students most likely to be using AI to choose.
Three ways to work with us
Start with one department. Prove it moves. Then scale.
We measure what matters to an admissions team: open-day registrations, prospectus requests, applications and cost per applicant.

Questions
What admissions and marketing teams ask us.
Can you cover the whole university?
Not in one sprint, and you should be wary of anyone who says they can. We start with one department or course cluster, show you what moved, then carry the method across.
Can ChatGPT Ads reach sixth-formers?
No. Accounts identified as belonging to under-18s never see ads. We aim ads at parents and at international, postgraduate and mature applicants, and use the sprint to reach everyone else.
Our facts change every year. Doesn’t the work go stale?
That is what the Concierge is for: new entry requirements, fees and dates published in a form AI can read, every cycle, before applicants start asking.
Does this work for schools as well as universities?
Yes. Parents increasingly ask AI to shortlist schools. The same three questions apply: can AI read you, can it quote you, and does anyone independent vouch for you?
Do you follow consumer-law guidance?
Yes. Course claims are written to the CAP Code and to CMA consumer-law guidance for higher education providers: accurate, clear and complete.
Will you change our website or brand?
No. We work within your existing site and design. Your brand studio’s work stays exactly as it is; we add facts, structure and pages.
The next step
Book a 30-minute call
Before we speak, we run the ChatGPT Test on one of your subjects. On the call, we walk you through it: the questions applicants and parents are asking, the institutions AI recommends, and where you stand.
If we can help, we’ll tell you exactly how, and what it costs. If we can’t, we’ll tell you that too.
P.S.Ask ChatGPT for your own entry requirements tonight. If it gets them right, splendid. If it quotes last year’s, every applicant who asks is being told the wrong thing.
